To travel is to open up to a new world, culture, and cuisine. And once you’ve experienced it, you’re sure to have a hard time fighting that desire to pack your bags and visit other places. That is what drives me at least to see other countries and cities. Living in the middle of Europe makes it relatively easy (and at times cheap) to explore a different country.

I have been lucky enough to have traveled from a young age. From summer holidays in Mexico to Christmas in Japan and celebrating Easter in Africa. My mother has loved traveling too and would organize vacations for us. And with my father changing living locations every couple of years, I got to visit him in different places. I did have many opportunities and truly appreciate them all.

They are what inspired my first big solo trip to Spain in 2018. Above all, even with minor setbacks and huddles, I had to overcome, I wouldn’t trade the almost 6 weeks for anything. And it inspired me to seek out opportunities to travel. Altogether I hope I can inspire and find like-minded people and hope to exchange travel stories.
