Traveling to different parts across the world and getting to know so many different cultures, has been such a privilege and I will forever cherish these memories. Breaking it down to the top 10 destinations has not been easy! But I have come up with my favorite cities that I have visited so far, some for a short time and others multiple times. Whether it was visiting family, a trip with friends or me traveling on my own, I have always enjoyed my time.

Granada, Spain

  • Traveling to Granada on my first ever solo trip I actually hadn’t included this breathtaking place in my plan. I had visited 3 other cities prior and spontaneously decided to opt for Granada instead of Murcia. To this day I am so grateful for that decision, as I got to explore one of the most amazing regions in Spain.

 New York City, USA

  • The city that never sleeps has completely won me over. Therefore I am sure many others feel the same way and for good reason. I have visited NYC a handful of times, and each time there are more attractions to explore. However, off the beaten tracks of the tourist spots is where I truly feel at home.

Zanzibar, Tanzania

  • Of the coast of Tanzania, the island of Zanzibar invites into a world of sandy, white beaches, and clear, turquoise water. It is certainly a paradise I would love to revisit. Watch the sunset end the day and admire how the star-filled sky lights up your surroundings.

Yucatán, Mexico

  • Follow the tracks of the ancient Mayan culture and visit the temples. Dive into clear blue cenotes or go for a stroll along the endless beaches. Above all this, tropical wonderland offers anything from adventure to relaxation.

Valencia, Spain

  • Yet another city I visited on my trip to Spain. It convinces with the blend of modern architecture and traditional culture. A vast park winds its way through a dried riverbed, inviting for a stroll or jog.

Amsterdam, Netherlands

  • The city of Amsterdam invites people of every age into a world of canals, houseboats, and extensive history. Join residents and tourists for instance by renting a bike or exploring the city on foot, and visiting one of the many museums.

Lisbon, Portugal

  • A trip to Portugal’s capital is worth it for many reasons. The city has many attractions you can take part in, such as a ride on an old cable car, day trips to the nearby mountain range, or take surf lessons in the summer. Alicante, Spain

  • This maritime city is riddled with history, showing off a fortress on the hill. Take a boat ride to the island of Tabarca, make your way through the winding paths of the old part of stroll along the town and the Explanada de España.

Berlin, Germany

  • Culture, art, and history meet in this city, in other words, a hub for enthusiasts of all kinds. Find yourself revisiting monuments, hang out at one of the many parks, or indulge in your food dreams.
